Contract type: Part-Time |42.8 weeks per year

Working Hours: Mon to Thurs: 12:00-16:00, Fri: 12:00-15:30

The King Edmund School is looking for a part-time Receptionist (PM) to join our friendly team and become the first point of contact for our vibrant secondary school. The Role

  • Operate our switchboard, efficiently directing calls and queries
  • Welcome and register all visitors, ensuring safeguarding and security procedures are always followed
  • Support the smooth daily running of the school, including administrative and clerical duties
  • Provide cover for other reception areas as needed and support colleagues across the admin team

  • Experience in administration (school experience a bonus)
