At the King Edmund School, we are entering a bold new chapter. With a brand-new school building, an aspirational student body, and a new Headteacher at the helm, we are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Hub Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the school’s Inclusion Hub, supporting students with diverse needs to achieve their full potential.
We are determined to become the school of choice in Essex—a place where every young person is challenged, supported, and inspired to thrive. This isn’t a dream - it is a promise and you will be at the centre of delivering and creating this.
This facility will form a key element of the school overall behaviour and sanctions framework and the successful candidate will work to develop resources and programmes to allow restorative behaviour and emotional regulation strategies to be developed. The role will support our school to offer a more personalised curriculum for a small number of key students for pre-defined amounts of time as needed.
We are looking for someone who will embrace the ethos of the school and who will develop a centre of excellence provision which will embody our ethos. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to supporting student engagement within our curriculum and improving students’ ability to shine. They will have an unshakeable belief in every student’s entitlement to the highest-quality education and their ability to achieve and learn, whatever their personal circumstances.
Why Join King Edmund School?
This is a school with immense potential and a powerful sense of purpose. Under new leadership, we are creating something exceptional—step by step, brick by brick. You will be joining a committed, talented team at a moment of transformation, where your leadership will directly shape our school’s success story.
