	Mrs Ilett \| Head of Sixth Form Mrs Ilett believes every student is capable of achieving more than they think possible. As Head of Sixth Form, she is passionate about helping young people discover their strengths, raise their aspirations and leave KES ready for the next stage of their lives. Alongside leading the Sixth Form, she teaches Travel & Tourism and Religious Education, Philosophy and Ethics, bringing enthusiasm and real-world perspective into the classroom. Mrs Ilett is committed to ensuring every student feels challenged, supported and inspired to dream big, believe in themselves and achieve their ambitions.
	Mrs Mayo \| Head of Year 13 Mrs Mayo is the biggest cheerleader our Year 13 students could ask for. Full of energy, humour and encouragement, she builds fantastic relationships with students and is always there to celebrate successes or provide reassurance when things become challenging. As a Health & Social Care teacher, she is passionate about helping young people grow in confidence and prepare for their futures. Mrs Mayo believes that hard work should be enjoyable, and her positivity helps students approach their final year with determination, resilience and a smile.
	Mrs Cooney \| Head of Year 12 Mrs Cooney welcomes every student into Sixth Form with warmth, kindness and genuine care. An experienced English teacher, she loves literature, language and helping students develop the confidence to express themselves. Calm, thoughtful and approachable, she supports students as they settle into Sixth Form life, encouraging them to become independent learners while always knowing there is someone ready to listen. Mrs Cooney's thoughtful guidance helps students build strong foundations for a happy and successful Sixth Form experience.
	Mrs Ramdin \| Student Support Manager Mrs Ramdin is often described as the heart of our Sixth Form. A familiar face to students every day, she provides practical support, encouragement and a listening ear whenever it is needed. Whether helping students navigate challenges, celebrating achievements or simply checking that someone is okay, she is always there with warmth, kindness and compassion. Many students see Mrs Ramdin as the 'Sixth Form mum', someone who genuinely cares about every individual and works tirelessly to ensure everyone feels valued, supported and able to thrive.
	Debs \| Sixth Form Café Team Member For many students, Debs is one of the first friendly faces they see each morning. From serving delicious breakfasts and lunches to remembering everyone's favourites, she helps make the Sixth Form Café feel like the heart of the community. More than just great food, Debs creates a welcoming space where students can relax, recharge and feel looked after. Her warmth, humour and caring nature mean she is hugely popular with students and an important part of what makes KES Sixth Form feel like home.
