Rather than expecting students to wear traditional business dress, we encourage them to develop their own personal style while dressing appropriately for a respectful learning community. Whether that's smart casual clothing, knitwear, quarter-zips or trainers, our approach reflects the world our students are growing into and the diverse environments they will experience beyond Sixth Form.
We recognise that there is no single definition of what a young professional looks like today. What matters most is character, respect and responsibility. By giving students greater freedom and trusting them to make sensible choices, we help them develop the confidence, independence and maturity that will serve them well at university, in apprenticeships and throughout their future careers.
