Year 13 - Head Boy
Hello, my name is James, and I have attended The King Edmund School from Year 7. My role as Head Boy is to oversee the School Council. The aim of the group is to organise events that are beneficial for students to improve their confidence, but it also links with other groups, such as the Charity Committee, which helps raise money for local charities. Being Head Boy is an amazing achievement for me because I have always aspired to do the role, ever since I started at KES. It is a role that shows leadership but also demonstrates a hard working student. I am really enjoying my time at KES; I feel like it is like a family with all the friends I have made over the years. I have performed in many school productions such as Oliver and this has helped boost my confidence when talking to other students.
