On Wednesday 27 September, we held our annual Open Evening and welcomed over 300 prospective students and their families into KES.
Tours around the school were provided by Year 7 and Year 11 students, who helped make sure our visitors saw all that KES has to offer.
Visiting children were able to get involved in science experiments, take part in arts and crafts activities, try out some of the equipment in the fitness suite and even use their creative talents to decorate biscuits.
Some of our students showcased their sporting talents on the MUGA and in the sports hall, while some of our budding musicians entertained the crowds
Our Head Boy and Girl joined the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in the main hall to talk to parents and children about what life is like at KES. Their speeches were well received and prompted unanimous applause.
If you were unable to make the event, please see the downloads below for a copy of the presentation that was given to parents.
