New PSHE House CompetitionPosted on: 22/02/2021
The theme for this year's Children’s Mental Health Week was self expression. We want to continue to learn how to express ourselves more and self expression is a great way to relieve stress and free your mind. It can also help you to reflect on life, actions, beliefs, relationships and thoughts.
In support of this, we are asking students to take part in some activities as part of a PSHE House Competition.
Students can write a quotation about themselves, write a daily journal, draw a self-portrait, make a photo montage or video that express who they are as a person, decorate a box with images that represent who they are or have a discussion or debate with someone.
The more activities they complete the more House points they will receive. Students need to send any type of evidence to their PSHE class teacher or let them know what they tried and how it went.
