Thirteen Hospitality and Catering students planned, created and served a three-course meal to KES Governors recently. This was a great opportunity for the Year 10 students to show case their skills in a realistic environment, using the school's professional kitchen and creating a restaurant atmosphere.It will also make an impressive addition to their CVs, should they decide to pursue a career in this trade.
On the menu was a choice of two starters, chicken, salmon or ratatouille as main courses and two choices of dessert. All of the students worked hard to produce a very enjoyable evening with some delicious food.
